Modularity, cohesion, lightness, playfulness, femininity: these are the pillars upon which the exhibition layout for Monica Bolzoni. Il modulo is based, the first monographic exhibition of Monica Bolzoni at Triennale Milano, curated by Anna Di Cesare and Marco Sammicheli. The exhibition aims to engage visitors in an active experience, with display methods that surprise and thereby help in remembering, processing, and understanding: a silver lamé curtain as an introduction, “modular” islands for showcasing, mirrors for playful surprises, and graphics hung like fabrics to aid in comprehension.
