For Etra Caffè at Host Milano, we designed a small architectural structure evoking American diners — a warm and welcoming place enclosed within a trapezoidal floor plan that defines the inside and the outside: externally, the public meeting area is fluid and open; within the perimeter lie the coffee service area and the meeting space for clients.
